The prices are per night and per person for double occupancy and breakfast and local tax as well as the hotel's sauna including VAT.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations more than three months before the scheduled departure are free of charge, cancellations three to one month before the date cost 40% of the room rate.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% will be charged
For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival, the hotel guest must pay a 90% cancellation fee.
