Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen
1.3km away from our hotel is the valley station of the Panoramabahn to the top station of the Resterkogel. There starts the Kitzbühel ski area. There are 55 ski lifts with 170 slope pleasure kilometers. The ski bus starts 20m from the Hotel Herz3 and brings you directly to the valley station of the gondola lift.

Skiing / snowboarding / telemarking fun on the slopes
The Panoramabahn connects Hollersbach / Mittersill with Kitzbühel. A total of 54 lifts / cable cars
- 67 km of blue / easy slopes
- 79 km of red / medium slopes
- 24 km of black / challenging slopes
Two special highlights are of course the Kitzbühel Streif descent, which can be reached by going to the ski safari in Kitzbühel. On the way there you float with the 3 rope orbit in 400m height to the connection to Kitzbühel.
The Wildkogel and Zillertal Arena ski areas are also located in the area.
If you would like to make a detour to the glacier, then you can venture in about 30 minutes by car to the Kitzsteinhorn near Kaprun.
Cross-country skiing and skating
For this form of winter sports, there are many beautiful trails in the region.
Particularly noteworthy is the Pinzgauloipe, where you can get in 400 meters from the house. The Hochmoorloipe at Pass Thurn is certainly one of the most beautiful trails in the area. These can be reached by car or by gondola lift / middle station.

If you want to enjoy the winter magic a little more relaxed can walk through the snowy landscape or enjoy a carriage ride. In the area there are some riding companies that offer this service. We are happy to help you with a reservation if you are interested.
Toboggan
In Hollersbach you can enjoy a 2.5km long natural toboggan run.
But if you want to get higher then the extra toboggan fun for the whole family is waiting in Bramberg. There you will find the longest illuminated toboggan run in Europe with a length of 15km and 1300 vertical meters.
Mountains and freeride
Would you like to conquer the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park or the Kitzbühel Alps with touring skis, where numerous tours, variants and also freeride runs await you.
